The Fox Island Mutual Water Association was formed in 1978 to take over an existing private water company then owned by Col. Frederic Nichols. Our original 300 connection system had grown to 1295 by year end 2015. We have a total well supply of 2140 gpm and water storage of 651,400 gal. We are state approved for 1412 connections. We have a full time certified system manager who reports to FIMWA’s Board of Directors.
